We file insurance directly and negotiate rates with insurance carriers in order to provide affordable treatment. We are Blue Cross Blue Shield Providers and do single case agreements with other major carriers. If you have questions regarding the cost of our services and/or your particular insurance benefits please provide your insurance information below and someone will contact you promptly either by phone or email, please indicate your preference. In order to verify benefits provide your full name, insurance carrier, policy number, group number and date of birth. Or you can directly contact your insurance provider. You will want to know your benefits for outpatient mental health services provided by master's level and md level of provider.
We also offer a sliding scale to those in need and have scholarships available for our Intensive Outpatient Programs.
